Lear Wang
Director of Consulting
Lear began his career as an in-house lawyer. After having finished his MBA program in Shanghai, he joined Sara Lee China (HPC) looking after national sales operation. In the year of 2000 to 2004, Lear worked in the area of Key Account Management and Channel Management with Nestle China and Coca – Cola.
Lear then joined Glendinning in Sept. of 2004 as a senior consultant. Lear gets the experience across multiple industries including CPG, B2B Retail Consumer and multiple channels with China market focused; Expertise areas include Trade Marketing, Channel Strategy, Capability Building and Key Account Management. He has led and conducted projects across Sales and Key Account Capability, Channel Strategy, Trade Marketing with both global and local clients. He is responsible for developing several of Glendinning’s major Clients in Greater China and conducting ongoing research on “retailing in China” for Glendinning.
